The Department of Intelligence, alarmed by the thought of another Gathering (and considering what effect the Oxford 2004 PPC Gathering had on HQ) sent a team of Spies to watch over the Boarders attending. Led by Agent Monty, the team also included a trio of pigeons, Bob, Deirdre, and Tod.
