The Wisteria was the head of the Department of Operations until his death at the hands of the Black Cats in the Crashing Down crisis. He was apparently a negligent leader, as the Sub Rosa said he found exercise more interesting than management, and was replaced by the Nightshade after the Cats' invasion.
