The Wisteria was the head of the Department of Operations, and a member of the Board of Department Heads, until his death at the hands of the Black Cats. He was apparently a negligent leader, as the Sub Rosa said he found exercise more interesting than management,[1] and was replaced by the Nightshade after the Cats' invasion.
Nenya Gabriel and her sister Rosie Cotton Bomull encountered the Wisteria upon their arrival in HQ; he escorted them to the Sunflower Official's office when he learned they were looking for a job. He was originally created by their authors.
