This is a list of unclaimed badfic that has either been reported to the Board or has been posted here by disgusted Boarders.

To add to this list, for the sanity of everyone here (or what's left of it), please make sure to:

• Place your badfic in alphabetical order in the appropriate category, which would be the fandom that it comes from unless it is a crossover, in which case put it in Crossovers and note which fandoms are crossed.
  • Note that the articles A, An, and The don't count for alphabetical order.
• Include a link to the fic in question (unless it's NSFW) and the name of the archive or website where it's hosted.
  • If the fic is NSFW, do not link it. Sorry, but FANDOM have decided this is not allowed.
• Also include the fic's rating and date of addition (or return) to the list.
• Make sure to include the original summary under the title.
  • As much it may gall you to leave drivel here, please refrain from editing any capitalization or SPaG mistakes, because such mistakes amuse us.
• You may include comments of your own. If you do, please make them brief and italicized. Thanks!

• "Artemis's Magical Child" - Wattpad - unrated (contains mentions of sex, discussion of child abandonment, and mention of child abuse, all tangential) - Percy Jackson and the Olympians x Harry Potter x Marvel Cinematic Universe. Returned from Claimed March 21, 2023.
  • Harry Potter is abandoned in the woods by the Dursleys and is swiftly picked up by Zoë Nightshade, and just as rapidly adopted by Artemis, replacing his DNA with that of Zoë and Artemis, which turns him into a girl. After Zeus finds out about this, he distributes adoption ritual potions to several goddesses, who proceed to adopt 5 small children with their new Hunter soulmates, one per goddess.

• "Barney Vs Godzilla King of Monsters" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - Godzilla x Barney and Friends. October 13, 2019.
  • Big Barney boy vs Godzilla the King of monsters is what this story is about
  • Damian Thorne's Note: An entire paragraph of a trollfic (sigh) focusing on Barney the Dinosaur, who is somehow as bad as Godzilla (sigh) but still the hero of the story, fighting Godzilla, who from what I know is more heroic than whoever replaced Barney. Also, the world ends because Godzilla wins. Why do they always go for the preschoolers' shows? In any case, this is not very funny.

• "Cursor's Canim" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - Codex Alera x Harry Potter. Returned from Claimed April 11, 2020 (with apologies to Hardric and Matt Cipher).
  • Sentenced to Death through the Vale, Harry gets a very different result then Death. Sent to the world of Alera, with a different body, different name, and different destiny, can he help in the war against the Vord? Or will he be... Devoured? R&R SPOILERS!
  • Hardric's notes: Thankfully this horror never went beyond the first part of Codex Alera's first tome. Needless to say, canon is utterly slaughtered. The prologue is set in the Potterverse, and you could get a complete charge list from it. I really hope this guy is a troll. I want to believe there's still hope for mankind.

• "Diary Of A Mindreader" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - Axis Powers: Hetalia x Twilight
  • A one shot of what I think would happen if Prussia as a mind reader I suck at summarys but I am good at writing storys please read and review it would make my day VERRY VERRY OOC DO NOT READ IF YOU DONT LIKE STUFF LIKE THIS
  • Bad SPaG, canon characters featured are so OOC they're virtually original characters that bear the names of canon characters, especially Prussia, and does not remotely resemble either canon setting in any way. Despite being advertised as a Twilight x Hetalia crossover, Twilight characters and concepts do not appear, arguably save for mindreading. It is also incredibly short and rushed. BL9 warning for the ending.

• "Equestria girlstale" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - My Little Pony x Undertale. Returned from Claimed March 21, 2023.
  • Everyone was free from hatred, except for Sans. Sure everyone loved him, but he hated himself. He couldn't protect his brother. Soon Chara kills him, or does she? He turns human and meets 7 girls, all of which you might know. he finds his brother. T for suicide attempts and some scary nightmares, plus realistic drama WARNING! OOC! LOTS OF OOC

• "Harry Potter and Claire Smith Adventures Book One" - Fanfiction.net - K+ rated - Harry Potter x Doctor Who. Returned Claimed March 21, 2023.
  • Follow Claire Smith (daughter of a Timelord, the Doctor and Sirius Black's twin sister Carina Black) as she attends Hogwarts and becomes friends with the Golden Trio (now Golden Quartet). She unravels the mystery of her parents disappearance and why she's at the top of Voldemort's hit list along with her best friend Harry Potter. Claire discovers Some Things Aren't to be Easy.
  • Iximaz's note: So, a daughter of Sirius Black's twin sister and the Doctor is sent to be raised by the Weasleys and turns into the biggest brat imaginable. Oh, and the Master is out to get her.
  • Silenthunder's note: SHE IS ONE OF THE MOST INFURIATING SUES I HAVE EVER KNOWN. I HATE HER. END OF STORY.

• "Inside out 2 Maelstrom" - Fanfiction.net - K+ rated - Inside Out x Big Hero 6 x Frozen. Returned from Claimed March 21, 2023.
  • Two years after Inside Out Riley Meets a superhero, but will he save her or the opposite, especially with the newest threat to Big hero 6 Maelstrom.
  • SkarmorySilver's note: I'm sorry, but what? Riley moved to San Francisco, while the BH6 canons live in San Fransokyo, which is a fictional city. Big difference. And the story only gets more ridiculous from there, with terrible grammar and Frozen canons appearing out of nowhere! As a proud Disney fan, I am not amused.

• "Green Axos" - AO3 - G rated - Doctor Who x Arrow. Returned from Claimed March 24, 2023.
  • The Sixth Doctor helps Felicity Smoak take out an Axon in Starling City.
  • Notes: Felicity has no character. Half way through my first read of the fic I realised I was reading her in Peri's voice. She also physically tackles the monster herself, until the Doctor gets to whip out his 'sonic lance' Not the worst story ever, but enough errors to warrant it's removal.

• "Kamen Rider: Kamen Ninjas" - Fanfiction.net – T rated - Kamen Rider x Naruto. Returned from Claimed March 24, 2023.
  • When Naruto is neglected by his parents and finds the powers of Kamen Rider Den-O. He learns that a upcoming Rider War Tornument will come and take place as he and other Kamen Riders take the world by Storm. *Note most of the Kamen Riders are OCS* *Every Kamen Rider*
  • Damian's Note: I can forgive the premise of a tournament between Riders, that's happened before in canon. What I can't forgive is replacing Naruto's entire family, repetitive LOLRANDOM humor, casual sexism, competitive sexism, various Naruto timeline errors, not explaining how the Advent Decks or the Core Medals or anything else Riders use interacts with the Narutoverse, and most importantly, STEALING THE SUITS FROM THE ACTUAL RIDERS – THE ONES WE WANT TO HEAR ABOUT – AND GIVING THEM TO OCS AND REPLACED CANONS. Not to mention the worst crime of all: Using Dragon Knight names for Ryuki suits.

• "Leaf-bare Lake" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - Warriors x Rise of the Guardians. Returned from Claimed March 21 2023.
  • This woodland story is about 3 different paths, 2 different species 1 lake. When "a threat worse than Tigerstar" threatens the lakeside territories, will Firestar and Jack Frost be able to save the Clans and the lake?

• "The Legend of the Hunger Games Book 1" - Fanfiction.net - K+ rated - The Hunger Games X The Legend of Zelda. Returned from Claimed March 21, 2023.
  • What would happen if Link was Peeta's younger brother, and the threesome of Kat, Peeta, and Link were sent to the Hunger Games? Team Gale included with as minor romance as possible.

• "Legend of Zelda: Worlds Collide" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - Legend of Zelda x The Lord of the Rings x Minecraft. Added Jan 6, 2019.
  • When Link and his friends get cast into Middle Earth, they make the most unusual friends, and meet the strangest people, especially when Steve and Alex show up. Now, they must unite or they will fall. LoZ, LotR, and Minecraft crossover, spoilers, sequel to Veil of Darkness. Part 2 of 3.
  • Neshomeh's note: I like the part where it's post-War of the Ring and Legolas and Gimli show up out of nowhere and everyone is just cool with it. Also Aragorn's sword is named Elendil? Excellent loot opportunity there.

• "lovers across universes" - Fanfiction.net - M rated - Marvel Cinematic Universe x Twisted Wonderland
  • the daughter of captian america and the winter soldier must find her soulmates, will she be able to trverse the twisted wonderland she has found herself in.
  • Crossover between two incompatible universes that displays very low familiarity and knowledge of either. Furthermore, the Sue is turned into the soulmate of an adult and a teenager, while the fic states she is ten years old.

• "Midnight Star" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - Percy Jackson and the Olympians x Twilight. Returned from Claimed March 21, 2023.
  • Bella never came to Forks. Instead, her cousin Susan Dawson moved in with her uncle . And after moving to Forks, she met the Cullens and found herself drawn to Edward. But the Cullens aren't the only ones with a secret . . . Edward/OC. Abandoned.

• "Miraculous (a Ladybug and Percy Jackson crossover)" - Quotev - unrated - Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir x Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Returned from Claimed March 21, 2023.
  • Kaitlin is Marinette's little sister and the guardian of the miraculous box after Master Fu died. But Kaitlin is left to become the new ladybug since Marinette can't be Ladybug anymore. Kaitlin needs to,find a new Cat Noir, and fast. One night, as she patrols the city of Paris, she sees a ship flying above and land somewhere near the Eiffel Tower. She searches the ship and finds out the people on board are trying to save Earth from a bigger threat than Hawkmoth. (I have only read The Lost Hero and part of the House of Hades and Mark of Athena so I don't know what happens)
  • A Mary Sue, several counts of flawed logic, secret identities that were apparently widely publicized, not actually reading the source material, et cetera et cetera.

• "Miraculous: Joker's Daughter" - Fanfiction.net - M rated - Batman x Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir . Added December 18, 2021.
  • All it takes is one bad day. To bad Lila and the Akuma class didn't know that. (Had a few problems uploading this, but now it's fixed).
  • Marinette is a serial killer, for no real reason. Clear salt-fic. It also has more typos than you can shake a spork at.

• "Pinkie and Her Half Sister" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - Harry Potter x My Little Pony x Kingdom Hearts. Returned from Claimed March 21, 2023.
  • After the death of Lily Potter, a letter was sent to Pinkie, and one thing lead to another, she finds she has a sister in another world. Now she has to raise her to the best she could be, while also leading other students as a headmistress at a academy. friendships, betrayals, and with everything else, what's a girl to do? (Fem Harry x Multi, Pinkie Pie x Discord)
  • In this case, 'Multi' means eleven characters, including the OCs. Other highlights include severe but unspecified timeline distortion, the stock Dumbledore and Weasley bashing, the creation of a new House with a flag literally covered in Sue Colors and a main Sue with no less than sixteen listed uncanon abilities.

• "The Shadow Chronicles" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - Harry Potter x Chronicles of Narnia x Lord of the Rings. Returned from Claimed March 21, 2023.
  • Harry Potter made a wish to change the way things turned out in the war and fate gave him a second chance. He ends up in an alternate universe as a girl, with a family that neglects her, an arrogant brother AND it is Grindewald that is the dark lord, not Voldemort. As time progresses though she finds out just exactly who she is.
  • To clarify, she is Harry's sister, not a Female!Harry, but she is one of the finest examples of Perfect!Sue I have ever seen. She is the Imperial queen of Narnia, an OOC Galadriel is her childhood friend, she has a suite room all to herself in Hogwarts...!

• "Skylanders + Rabbids: Trap Team" - Wattpad - E rated - Skylanders x Mario + Rabbids. Added January 24, 2024.
  • Kaos has blown up the walls of the feared Cloudcracker Prison, freeing Chompy Mage, Wolfgang, Golden Queen, Chef Pepper Jack, Dr. Krankcase, Gulper, Dreamcatcher, Nightshade and Luminous - The Doom Raiders, the most notorious villains in Skylands. Now it's up to Snap Shot, Wallop, Jawbreaker, Wildfire, Gearshift, Krypt King, Gusto, Lob Star, Bushwhack, Head Rush, Ka-Boom, Blastermind, Tuff Luck, Knight Mare, Knight Light, Thunderbolt, Short Cut, Enigma (along with Peach Rabbid, and Beep-0) and the rest of the gang to find and capture them. Using Traptainium, a magic material that can harness the power of the elements, they now have the amazing ability to trap the villains and return them to Skylands to fight for them. The Trap Team must begin the ultimate adventure as they explore the world of Skylands in search of the escaped villains (I won't include everything that belongs in the game, Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle belongs to Ubisoft, Skylanders belongs to Activision).
  • EdssaAS's Note: It says it won't include everything that belongs in the game but it practically does, expect to be thrown around and be prepared for replacements of characters that are hard to get wrong, bring a dummy if you plan to go all the way to the final chapter.

  • She is no longer home, she is lost, out of her own time. She start a new life on earth, but never forgot her past. She has a new family, but never forgot her old one. She is one of the last of her kind, she keeps it hidden so she won't get pitied. She is a Time-lady and she will do anything to protect the one that she love. Her name is ... Greyavia.

• "Thief's Tale in: Warframe" - Wattpad - T rated - Warframe x Hyperdimension Neptunia x Persona. April 11, 2020.
  • "The Phantom Thief reader from Hyperdimension tries out his dimensional travel ability (by dimensions, i mean anime, videogames, etc). Y/n finds himself in a war between the tenno and many tyrannical factions."
  • SRPA's note: Apparently this is a sequel to another story, and surprisingly, this is even worse than the original badfic. I asked the author about the timeline of events and supposedly this one takes place in an AU. For some reason, the reader can summon Neptunia characters as Personae? Don't read it if you are a new player, it has a lot of spoilers.

• "Who is Hoshi Sato?" - Fanfiction.net - M rated - Star Trek: Enterprise x Wolf Lake. Added November 18, 2020.
  • "The exploration of Hoshi Sato!"
  • Discofurby's note: I've never heard of Wolf Lake, but I'm pretty sure this is a badfic. Basically, Hoshi is a sort of werewolf with powers and "Jonathon" Archer is her boyfriend. Would make a good mission because there are a lot of malapropisms, like Archer having his face filled with "furry" and the chef offering the crew some "desert." Plenty of mini-Tribbles too, like "Ta'Pol," "Prothos," and a "Sulibon."

• "A Wildcard's Awakening" - Fanfiction.net - T rated - Fallout x Fire Emblem: Awakening. Returned from Claimed June 28, 2019.
  • "You know, I've seen some crazy sh*t in my time, but a whole new world? That's a new one, but I guess it can't be too bad considering I'm traveling with these Shepherds. Let see what kind of crazy sh*t I get into this time." -Courier Six AKA Marcus.
  • The protagonist is a total Stu who makes all the canons look like idiots by comparison, and the whole fic is just an excuse to show off his mad skills and awesome weapons.

Anime and Manga

Cowboy Bebop

• Tenshi Trail series - T.J.'s AP English – no rating. April 20, 2021.
  • (chapter 1 summary) Mars 2071, summer. Spike finds a chibi tenshi-chi hanging from an oak tree. See what happens next.
  • The kind of badfic that makes anime fans look bad – saccharine Sue, kawaii-ism everywhere, and let's not mention the extremely rampant fangirl Japanese.

Girls und Panzer

• "Boys do Tankary" - Fanfiction.net - T rated according to the link, but it's closer to M. NSFW. Returned from Claimed March 22, 2023.
  • Boys doing Tankary sounds quite absurd, but not in this story. Follow a misfit platoon and there adventures around Ooarai HS and discover their dark past.
  • A canon break and a mini in three words, and it's only the title! The story features several OCs, which include the titular boys and others, adds a lot of dark themes the original lacked, and warps the canon characters well beyond recognition.

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha

• "Shadows of the Abyss" - Fanfiction.net - M rated. April 11, 2020.
  • Trapped like a animal and lock up for three years is where i've been. Waiting for my death that never seems to come. I know that it's knocking on my door but why won't i opening it. Is there some other future out their for me. Somewhere a monster like me can live in peace and love someone. Or is it a place were death lies in my hands and i can't control it. Rated M for language.
  • Des' notes: Aside from the consistent silly misspellings (rotations for rations, bread for breed, stuff like that) this fic is horrid—Nanoha's got a split personality which makes her brutally murder everybody who touches her skin, she's one of Jail Scaglietti's experiments, Yuuno's a generic evil overlord and Fate's one of his stooges, the setting is grimderp and the military Yuuno leads is stupid. Gah.

• "Suite PreCure Meet the Dream Traveler" - deviantART - K rated (though actually more like T). May 7, 2020.
  • A young ninja, Blaze, came from his faraway home in search for his younger sister. As he arrived in Kanon Town, he is greeted by Hibiki and Kanade aka Cure Melody and Cure Rhythm. When the evil emerges, Blaze joined the PreCures to fight the Negatones and Trio the Minor as part of the Dream Traveler's code. This is his story. Blaze is an OC
  • Translation: In a retelling of Suite Pretty Cure, a sociopathic Gary-Stu shoves his way onto the Pretty Cure team, steals moments of awesomeness from the canon characters, bullies and beats up villains (even brainwashed ones) and enters a relationship with someone who's underage. Has several sequels. Warning: Author is very hostile.

Sailor Moon

  • this story is set 5 years after the first movie. when Hiro meets someone new will he tell her his secret or will he cover up the truth to protect her from harm. (complete) this is also my first story and it's not very good at all even after I tried to perfect it but if you still enjoyed it thanks for reading it and giving me feedback. You can check out my profile if you want to read better books.
  • Hiro is head over heels for Mary Sue, who is also a prodigy because Sue. The SPaG isn't helping things either.

Ghostbusters

  • When Egon was overworked into a really important project, he got caught up under the weather and Janine is here to take care of him.
  • Involves Egon drawing a moose eating pie, celebrities randomly showing up in Janine's apartment, and an author's note describing a string of gibberish as "classic Bill Murray".

Jurassic Park/World

  • After taking a proffered job at Jurassic World, Gwyn Grant finds herself thrust back into the world of living dinosaurs and paranoia. Throw in a raptor trainer, a full time job, a concerned father, and a brand-new dinosaur, Gwyn's got her hands full. Now she's got to strike the perfect balance between glancing over her shoulder and actually doing her contracted job Eventual Owen/OC
  • This Sue is Alan Grant's daughter, a renowned paleontologist, and in love with Owen Grady. There is also tons of urple prose.

King Kong

• "Skull Island-The Place of Your Nightmares" - Fanfiction.net - K+ rated. Returned from Claimed March 22, 2023, with apologies to eatpraylove.
  • Brieanna Adams is a huge fan of King Kong! But when she gets thrown into the 2005 movie, Brieanna must reach the end of the movie without dying or screwing up the plot. She manages to catch Jimmy's eye, like she always wanted, but what happens when she does screw up the plot? Can she make it back home? Does she want to go back home? JimmyXOC
  • SkarmorySilver's note: And true to the summary, she ends up taking the place of Ann in the actual movie, effectively overturning more or less the entirety of the plot in one single motion.

The Land Before Time

  • What would happen if a human met Littlefoot and his gang and was with them from the start? Aylene, a fourteen year old human girl, receives from her grandmother a stone that seems to be ordinary. However, it's true power soon sends her on an adventure of a life time. She joins Littlefoot and his friends as they journey to the Great Valley.
  • Currently has 5 sequels covering the rest of the movies.

  • She's the youngest hacker in the world, and Johann Schmidt wants her to use her for his latest plan to rule the world. She's placed under the protection of the Avengers, with Hawkeye taking aim on her heart. Is she the new Avenger? Clint/OC.
  • Just wrapped up at 35 chapters. Our Sue's a genius hacker, a trained spy, a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, and Hawkeye's equal when it comes to ranged weapons.

• "Evva: Agent of Shield" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. November 19, 2020.
  • Nick Furry adopts a ice giant cause of the prophacy of 9 worlds, but she is raised in secret as a Shield Agent with the Avengers. But then Loki escapes from jail, also what happens when the world is in dark danger?
  • I'm pretty sure the summary is enough to get the point across.

• "A Shot at Love" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed by eatpraylove June 19, 2022.
  • When Taylor Barton agreed to help Steve find Bucky she never imagined she would fall for him...and Bucky didn't think he would fall for her. Can they juggle a relationship on top of being a part of the earths mightiest heroes? Can Taylor help Bucky heal and can Bucky convince Taylor to open up about her past?
  • I started writing a mission to this before general burnout/brain being distracted happened. Anyway, she's Clint's equally-talented sister, the timeline is a little uncertain (not helped by the total lack of proper scene transitions), the relationship gets practically no on-screen development at all, and a bunch of other things I don't have the space to put here.

Pirates of the Caribbean

• "A Tale to Tell" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed April 11, 2020 (with apologies to DeathsHeadMoth).
  • COTBP: Rachelle Swann has lived in Port Royal for eight years, ever since Governor Swann took her in. But a pirate raid, and the subsequent kidnapping, leaves old memories burgeoning from a suppressed past as she attempts to return home unscathed. Jack/OC
  • Zingemir's note (edited in 2022, original from 2013 >.>): Rachelle is Elizabeth's semi-amnesiac adopted sister, Jack's former (and later, current) lover, and, of all things, Barbossa's daughter. She has a French name in England, at a time when the French and the English were not on particularly friendly terms, doesn't know Elizabeth's personality at all despite living with her for eight years, and is apparently such close BFFs with Will that he calls her 'Rachelle', rather than 'Miss Swann'. She also steals lines and throws everyone (especially Jack) out of character. All of this comes from just the first chapter and some brief skimming of a chapter or two in the middle...

• "The Valley to a Pirate's Life" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed March 22, 2023, with apologies to SunAndMoon.
  • Captain Valencia 'Valley' Sparrow is many things: a teenager, a pirate, Captain Jack Sparrow's adoptive sister, etc. Her fiery Spanish attitude and charming personality help her get along nicely with her infamous older brother. The adventures that they embark on will define who they really are, and people will begging to see through the deceitfulness of the Sparrows. Set in PotC 1

Star Wars

• "Different" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed, March 22, 2023.
  • An Ahsoka/OC fic I've decided to remake Different, so reread Chapters 1-3 before you read Ch. 4, and be sure to tell me what you think of the remake
  • Standard Stu who—like nearly every OC in the Star Wars The Clone Wars section—romances Ahsoka.

• "Heart of Darkness" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed April 11, 2020 (with apologies to DeathsHeadMoth).

  • If by "the power he knows not" you mean love, then she certainly does not have it. Suefic in which Elysian Lillian Potter replaces half the characters with rich, spoiled snobs, puts Draco in the Leather Pants AGAIN, violates every rule of the universe in order to be more powurrful, and is so aboosed and negllectedd that her mean demeanor and snobbish, smug attitude is perfectly "justified." Well, it ain't justified to me.

• "Harry Potter and the Wondrous Blood Ritual" - Wattpad - unrated, NSFW and NSFB - Returned from Claimed March 22, 2023, with apologies to Cicada.
  • One day after Harry's return to the Dursleys home and he is a wreck. He has suffered another beating at the hand of his Uncle Vernon. But what bothers him is everything that happened in the maze after the Triwizard Tournament. Voldemort returned, using his blood. His Godfather had tried to rescue him, but was killed and the killer was hailed as hero by the Minister of Magic. No one believes him when he says that Voldemort has returned. Dumbledore seemed more concerned about the politics then he did about him. He is thinking of running away. And then an opportunity comes.
  • Cicada's note: This is an awful, awful fic. Within the first few chapters, Harry murders someone for a dark ritual. By the end of it, Female!Harry is bathing in the blood of virgin Muggles.

  • Basic idea what if Harry during the summer dated a girl and when he returned to Hogwarts with her found out she was his twin sister careful contains incest.
  • kA's note: Yeah, it's squicky, especially towards the end. Ron is homophobic in this fic. At the very least it's a huge charge on throwing many characters OOC. Might be trollfic?

• "Mandatory Soulbond" - AO3 - M rated. NSFW, NSFB. Returned from Claimed March 22, 2023, with apologies to Silv.
  • Harry had always wanted someone there for him no matter what. The problem was, when he did find that it was possible, not everyone was in favour and tried to break them apart. - !Complete!
  • There's... a lot wrong with this. While a good deal of it can be found just by looking at the tags, the fic insists on continuously bringing up problematic factors and doing nothing about it. It continues on as if the premise isn't inherently squicky and that all is right in the world. Even then, that explanation doesn't do justice to how bad this is.

• "Never Cross a Potter" - Fanfiction.net - M rated.
  • Harry in Azkaban, dark, twisted Harry to enemies, Gray to allies. You shouldn't have messed with a Potter. Dumbledore...Tom...Now you will pay. Nobody crosses a Potter and gets away with it. Luna x Harry pairing
  • Just one problem of many with this badfic is that it doesn't take much for Harry to consider someone an enemy and in most cases here, it's because they had the gall to think he had committed murder before he started actually doing so, even though they are sorry to have been mistaken. Also, he lets innocent people, including children, die during Death Eater rampages while just watching it happen. Dozens of characters will need to be rescued from plotholes and such.

• "Phoenix Year One" - AO3 - T rated. Returned from Claimed March 24, 2023.
  • Petunia made a big mistake introducing Harry to the stove. If she hadn't, maybe she and her family would still be alive, "Harry Potter" wouldn't be "dead", and Harry wouldn't be an arsonist with a rapidly growing death count.
  • Typical hyper-intelligent smart!Harry who breaks every single law and school rule for a hundred miles around and always gets away with it, now with more blacklist 9.

• "Potions Fume, Baby Boom, and Ministry Doom" - Fanfiction.net - M rated. NSFB. Returned from Claimed March 22, 2023, with apologies to Kittyauthor.
  • Hogwarts is in chaos when a potions accident filters through the school. Harry Potter is just one of the students that ends up pregnant. Students from years 5 through 7 come together to deal with cravings, mood swings, and classes. The thing is, only submissives were impregnated. Drarry, Slytherin!Harry, Ron/Ginny/Dumbledore!bashing.
  • Kittyauthor's note: What the summary didn't mention was that another ship was Snape/Hermione, Harry ends up with triplets, Dumbledore is Lord Voldemort (somehow), Snape probably has been ruptured, and Ginny is bashed. Yes, you heard that right.

  • GeniusGamer's note: Oh boy. We start with our Sue being dropped in a beauty potion (which was acid before random potion ingredients fell in it) making everyone stare at her all the time. Then she makes Harry, Ron, and Hermione evil and discovers their "secrets". Oh, and the spelling is horrible too. Thank goodness it's short.

  • Harry comes into a very unexpected inheritance. He is a creature both rare and very dangerous, a creature that is black listed by the British Ministry. With danger coming not just from the Ministry but even other creatures, what was he supposed to do?

  • This is a tale about Scarlett, daughter of Sirius Black and how her powers, love, and a prophecy may change the outcome of the war. If you like drama, power, romance, secrets, suspense, action and a badass heroine then this story is for you. Books 4-7
  • 'This story is for you'? Sorry mate, but you're wrong. This story is horrible, poorly written and just plain stupid.

• "Snake Scales and Serpent Tails" - AO3 - M rated. Returned from Claimed March 22, 2023, with apologies to Silv.
  • Harry's 5th year was probably the worst year of his life. First Voldemort happened, then Umbridge, then Voldemort AGAIN, and then Sirius died. Harry doesn't even have the time to properly mourn Sirius before he's shipped back to the Dursley's for the summer. He can't even think straight and with each passing day since losing Sirius, Harry feels more and more exhausted. By the time his 16th birthday rolls around, Uncle Vernon has to literally beat Harry just to wake him up. After a rather brutal beating given to him by his uncle on the eve of his birthday, Harry wakes to find something he had never thought possible. He wakes up to find a long snake tail instead of his legs. A few days later, his family abandons him in some random forest. What a wonderful way to start his 16th year of life after the worst year of his life.
  • It's another Voldemort/Harry shipfic, with plenty of pureblood apologism, "light" wizards, Dumblebashing, the works. Also creature inheritances, of which Harry's is a Naga - who have magic supremacy baked into them. It's unfortunate, since the OC snakes Harry forms a makeshift family with are good characters and the interactions they have together are wonderful.

The Hobbit/The Lord of the Rings

• "The Dark Rider" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed April 11, 2020.
  • A young rider falls into middle earth durring the war of the rings. Tenth walker story, legoromance..possibly a MS
  • Book girl fan's comment: It's a tenth walker fic, and seems very much a Mary Sue, with spelling mistakes and lack of capitalization even in the summary.

• "The Fellowship of the King" - Archived Legal Document - Not rated, probably T?
  • THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE KING, Book One in Demetrious Polychron's The War Of The Rings series, offers J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings fans a well-written, expanded and appropriately epic return to Middle-earth.
  • Linstar's Note: I've not read enough Tolkien lore to properly mission this, but the author tried to sue the Tolkien estate for infringing his copyright. To quote Huinesoron on the fic itself:
  • "The writing on this thing is, um, bad. There's a lot of repeating facts from Tolkien in barely-narrative or barely-dialogue. There's a prologue which is partly repeated in the first chapter. There's characters (notably Sam) who don't sound a thing like themselves. There's just kind of a general clunky feel to the whole thing.
  • In terms of canon, I've read to the end of Chapter 2, and:
  • I'm pretty sure hobbits weren't marrying at 21, given that they only reach adulthood at 33. They also don't describe their birthdays with the wrong number; the story has Elanor's 21st as her 'two and twentieth' (which they also don't do).
  • The Star of the Dunedin should probably not be mithril.
  • Ewartia Greenholm is just unbelievable, even if everyone does call her Alice for no reason.
  • Who in Mandos is Drendelen supposed to be? A granddaughter of Nerdanel is a granddaughter of Feanor, and nope nope nope.
  • I don't believe the Elves would have carted multiple sculptures from Aman to Numenor. I am positive that Elendil, in his desperate flight from the sinking island, wouldn't have packed the statues.
  • You can't call it the "Red Book of Westmarch" before Elanor has moved to the Westmarch with it!
  • The picture of the White Tree very obviously doesn't match the description.
  • We know how Aragorn's letters sound, and this one doesn't.
  • The text has Sam claiming the entire Hill for Bag-End, which would include the New Row dug after the Scouring. I can't see him turfing out poor farmers just for extra bedrooms, can you?
  • We also know, from the Epilogue, how Sam and his family addressed each other. It is not like this.
  • Slapping royal titles onto the Eldar of the Third Age is wrong-headed. Cirdan, in particular, would never do that.
  • The NuRing Verse has me screaming. In particular, the Enchanted Beings ring every alarm bell, while the very idea of assigning the Rings to specific peoples was Sauron's, not Celebrimbor's.
  • Celebrimbor did not have the level of power ascribed to him. He was an elf, he absolutely could not imbue a Ring with the Music of the Ainur. (Not could anyone. The Music is Arda.)"

• "How to Thank You//Legolas Story" - Quotev - not rated, hopefully K or T. Returned from Claimed April 9, 2020.
  • And then, he came down the aisle, and I saw him. Tall and lean, he wore a silver tunic and white tights. He was exactly the way I last saw him, solemn and graceful. His golden hair shone as it fell flawlessly down his back to his waist, and his eyes seemed to shine like diamonds. I tried to look as composed as I could when he walked past. And when he did, he turned his head ever so slightly in my direction, and his eyes lit up, his lips curled upwards in a smile which melted my heart in an instant. I dropped my gaze to my hands and waited until I heard Legolas's feet stop until I finally looked up again.

It features a Sue named Lauriel in the Third Age, who's Arwen's sister (younger by two years) but not the twins'--they don't seem to exist. Just after her mother, Lady Celebrain's, death, this ten-year-old Elfling runs off, meets Legolas (unnamed at the time but said to look around her age), nearly drowns, and is saved by said unnamed Elfling. Being Elflings, Legolas of course teaches Lauriel-of-the-Quenya-name to shoot an arrow, because of course Thranduil gave his son a bow for his last Name Day. What's infant/toddler!Legolas doing near Rivendell, you ask? He's shooting at trees because plothole. And so the story continues with the entire War of the Ring skipped over in favor of going straight to the wedding of Aragorn and Arwen. And, er, the coronation of Legolas, as his father is, um, stepping down from the throne. Right. And I'll just leave you with the mental image of Thranduil and Elrond translating their Sindarin and Quenya greetings to each other in parentheses...and Lauriel using modern swear words in her head...

• "Make Me Stronger" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed April 11, 2020.
  • Six friends were just wandering down the street, when they "fell down the bunny hole" and ended up in, not Wonderland, but Middle Earth. Aragorn/OC Boromir/OC Legolas/OC Pippin/OC Merry/OC Frodo/OC Rated T for language and some suggestive themes.
  • Six self-insert Sues who make everyone OOC and face no dangers in Middle Earth. There's not much more I can say about it.

• "No Safe Place (Legolas Love Story)" - Quotev - presumably T-rated. Returned from Claimed March 23, 2019.
  • Erillin is the younger sister of Arwen, Princess of Rivendale. Her father, Lord Elrond has hidden her true Identity from her and keeps her Hidden within the Elven Realm of Rivendale. When she joins the Company, she finds herself about to embark on the biggest adventure of her life. But is it love, or life?
  • EPL's notes: Classic second-daughter-of-Elrond Legomance, except this one has special powers and her dad's been keeping her hidden from the rest of Rivendell--excuse me, "Rivendale"--for presumably that reason. Also she joins the Fellowship because of course she does.
  • Last 'Elf-witch', her mother was one too and killed by Suron over it, and there's Grelvish and translation inside the dialogue tags.

• "Of Half-Bloods and Courtings" and its sequel - Fanfiction.net - T rated; M rated. Returned from Claimed April 9, 2020.
  • Bilbo has been sort of rejected by Thorin's supposed life long friend for the courtings and it is up to a half-blood to get Thorin and Bilbo back together before it is too late. Eventually Bagginshield and OC and Nori. I DO NOT OWN THE HOBBIT! ONLY MY OC I OWN! Rating changed to T for cursing later on.

• "The other Evenstar" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed March 23, 2019.
  • Seraphina has a dark and shameful past. She joins the Fellowship to help Frodo on his mission to destroy the Ring. However, her past comes back to haunt her. She must fight to protect the ones she loves and fight to keep control of herself.
  • Where to even begin. This bit of writing features a raging Sue with a name that references a religion that's non-existent in Middle-earth, Boromir wearing his "soldier's uniform" to the Council, Boromir-bashing, and wounds from a Morgul blade that behave uncanonically (in a clothes-burning way). The Sue saps powers of decision, convinces Frodo to volunteer to take the Ring to Mordor, has a Magical Necklace of Mary-Sueness that occasionally burns her, and volunteers to go with the Fellowship before Gandalf. All of this is from the first chapter, and I've even left some things out (such as line-mangling and mini-Balrog creation). Later on, she mentions that she helped to deliver both Éomer and Éowyn, and that she and Éomer used to go on adventures together. I'm also pretty sure it's a Legomance, although I suppose it could be Aragorn instead. Do I really need to go on?

  • Percy is betrayed by the Gods. Lady Chaos and Lady Void and Lord Order make him a powerful Primordial blessed by Primordials before him. He is told by the three makers that because the Olympians betrayed him they owe him payment. Starting with some of their daughters to become slaves, concubines and part of his harem. What will happen when Olympus needs help?
  • Percy and Annabeth get replaced at about the time twenty-one primordial deities (some of which don't actually exist and others which are portrayed in ways that should be impossible) bestow upon Percy roughly fifty different powers - and Annabeth gets most of the same, but lesser. That's not even touching upon the absolute garbage fire that is the premise. It's disgusting and the double-standards are ridiculous.

  • The comic starts off much as the first one did with a dream sequence flashback. In this, it shows an attack on the fire nation from the perspective of Lilith, Zuko and Katara's daughter. She wakes and after a short argument with her brother, Kuzon, they both leave to train. While training, they both experience flashbacks about the their time at the water tribe immediately following the attack. Once this ends, we move on to Poe, Aang and Toph's son, who is causing trouble. Ling, his twin sister, stops him and these two also have an argument before Ling buries him up to his neck in the ground and walks off. Then we get to see Miracle, Sokka and Azula's daughter, as she interacts with two children in the North Pole in a filler scene...which leads to another flashback sequence of the treatment Lilith and Kuzon received in the Water Tribes due to their unorthodox parentage.
  • It's the (thankfully unfinished) sequel to "How I Became Yours." Need I type more?

  • Discofurby's note: So terrible it's almost funny. A self-insert OC, check, who's in love with a character (in this case Ned Flanders), check, and causes him to act OOC, check. There's this one scene where she goads Ned into having sex with her, and while it's unseen, this is still sleazy to the Nth degree. We also get some nonsense with a zombie Maude.

  • Zingenmir's (slightly updated) notes (from 2013): First of all, 'rare musical moments'... judging from this fic, they're anything but rare. In fact, there were going to be 100 chapters dealing with them, though it seems to have stopped at 68. Second, this does contain random crossovers, but they only last for a chapter at a time, so it's simpler to just put it in the Star Trek category. It's supposedly AOS; it brings in a lot of TOS characters, randomly crosses over with Star Wars, and don't even get me started on the plots it adapts from musicals and movies (Les Mis and The Lion King, to name two). Spock is replaced by an emotional human teenager; McCoy must have access to some sort of history channel; the entire crew of the Enterprise (~400 people) fits on McCoy's family ranch; and did I mention that singing is an old McCoy family remedy? No, I didn't know that either. It also does a great job of ruining McCoy's character, and while I'm at it, I'm just going to give you the link to what I wrote about this fic (very dramatically back in 2013, so, uh, grain of salt...but I will say that I've seen this general concept done amazingly well, and had done so by 2013, too, and it didn't look like this) on the Board, because it's too long to put here and what I am putting here is also getting very long. Something else that should be mentioned here is that I nominated this fic for Bleepfic status... hopefully you can see why. I'm going to go back to consuming Bleeproducts now. Have a nice day.
  • Important note (from 2020): This is the fic where, by my long-held plan, the Fourth Reader regenerates into the Fifth in 2025. However, the mission will never be written. I do plan to write the regeneration scene itself in an interlude, but really, if someone wants to take this on properly, go right ahead. We'll square the details somehow.

Teen Titans

  • Beast Boy, saddened by the events of the episode Things Change, finds his life tumbling down and in a fit of depression, runs away from Titan Tower and quits the Titans. Shortly after this, a black hole opens up in space and starts to suck in Earth, as well as other galaxies. As this is happening, Jump City is attacked by three villains, all of whom serve a higher power: Count Logan. After a brush with the three minions, the Titans are shocked to learn from the Doom Patrol that Beast Boy was killed. Thus begins a struggle between the Titans and Count Logan, who plans on destroying the entire galaxy with the help of an ancient artifact forged by Trigon known as the Dark Prognosticus.
  • N. Harmonik's note: Beast Boy is a whiny ingrate who (spoiler alert... not) decides to destroy the universe with the help of a book from Super Paper Mario and a few minions of Carmen Sandiego's because Terra dumped him. Note that the fic (of which there are no less than four versions) blames her and the other Titans for Beast Boy's descent into nihilism. And it has a sequel.

The Walking Dead

  • Dark Brother 16's note: Here is a classic example of a Mary Sue embedded in the zombie epic The Walking Dead. She is from Japan, she wields an exotic Sword of Sueness, she has a pair of wolf companions, she has a traumatic past which is ratcheted down in intensity, and she romances Daryl Dixon. It's almost as if she was made with the PPC in mind!

Winx Club

  • Bloom, Princess of Sparks, thought she was the sole survivor of her planet and the sole keeper of the dragon fire. Upon battling she soon realizes just who this boy is and that they must work together in order to stop the deadly shadow dragons from destroying the magical realm.
  • A guy that has fairy wings and makes Riven look like a saint shows up, claims he's Bloom's brother and bosses the Winx around.

The X-Files

  • This is a terrible story. Neither Scully, nor Mulder, is in-character. School uniforms are sexualized, which is very creepy. It ends with Scully crying.

• "Look After You" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. May 5, 2019.
  • Summary: Set early season 4 before Scully's cancer. Scully is sick (I didn't want to suffer alone :P) But yeah. Read&Review? T cuz Scully Drops the F-Bomb in chapter 2. She's sick leave her be.
  • This is out-of-character. Scully shows up to work sick, which is something she'd never do, and her illness makes no sense. It's a throat infection apparently, but it makes her throw up and faint. She's helped by this 18-year-old med student who is way too young to be in the FBI.

Video Games

Ace Attorney

• "Foolish Revelations" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed March 24, 2023.
  • When Franziska von Karma takes another case against Phoenix Wright, nobody knows who will prevail. Rated for future chapters. Spoilers for JFA case 4. FranziskaxPhoenix.
  • Franziska is severely OOC, especially near the end. The author wastes an entire murder case just to "get rid of" Franziska's desire for revenge, even though at the end of JFA, her mental state was miles from "revenge," which you would know if you played the games, and winning a case is not justification for suddenly developing feelings for Phoenix. Not only that, but the writing is confusing and lacks adequate description. It's hard to put into words, but it's easy to identify the problem, especially if you play the games. Also, Phoenix has a healing factor, apparently. Thank God this thing's only three chapters.

AkaSeka

  • An account of Shikibu and his (mis)adventures in Utsutsu as he applies for the Hinomoto Writers' Association.
  • Submitted by author, old shame; basically, Murasaki Shikibu is incredibly, exorcism-worthy OOC, too b*tchy even for his canon personality's standards, and all-around makes you want to slap him across the face. Also, a non-canonical organization, yay.

Borderlands

• "A Thousand Cuts" - Fanfiction.net - T rated. Returned from Claimed March 23, 2023, with apologies to Crazy Minh.
  • poppy is a siren vault hunter who fights bandits and hyperion, but when she is caught in a love triangle between the vault hunters she has to make an epic choise... no bad reviews please
  • Crazy Minh's note: This story is a really, really bad Mary Sue story which I have previously MST'd on the Library of the Damned, here. I'm claiming it preemptively for when I apply for permission at some point in the future. In terms of this story, it features a Sue called Poppy (or alternatively Poopy) who makes four of the canon Vault Hunters fall in love with her; is a Siren despite that being the rarest of rare traits in the Borderlands universe; and who messes with the characterizations of pretty much all the canon characters featured in the fic.

Crash Bandicoot

• "Crash Bandicoot" - Fanfiction.net - K+ rated. May 16, 2020.
  • On three islands that sits southwest of Australia, an evil scientist is in the midst of his plan to take over the world, when one of his experiments escaped on a stormy night, and on the next day, he meets up with a boy that arrived before the storm and a mask who wants the mad doctor off the islands. The three combine forces to bring down the mad man before he can take the world.
  • First in a series of six, four of which are adaptations.
  • Scapegrace's notes: We're introduced to this horse-doughnut in the most bland, boring way possible and we're still expected to root for him. We also know the author knows at least part of the Crash lore - I'm guessing Nathan went to the same school as his presumably-dad (hamfisted foreshadowing is truly, truly hamfisted) - but also seems really confused as to what the Evolv-O-Ray from the first game actually does. Add to that the litany of spelling and grammar errors and, well, it's beyond saving.

• "Crash Bandicoot Retold" - deviantART - no rating. May 18, 2020.
  • Take place after Mind over Mutant, Evil Crash escaped the 10th Dimension and slaughtered everyone, good and evil. Only Crash and Aku Aku remain to fight him but are no match. As Crash laid unconcious, Aku Aku knew something had gone wrong because something infected Crash called the Demon Gene. Just as Evil Crash about to kill them both, Aku Aku give out one last hope: Send a message to himself in the past to "Prevent the Demon". Back at the first Crash Bandicoot game, the past Aku Aku recieved the message and tries to understand it. There, he must help prepare the different past Crash, who changed dramtically and already got the Demon Gene in his blood as them and their friends must go through the retold tale of Crash 1, 2 and 3 battling Cortex which must change the future.
  • A fan comic book that takes several cues from the 2011 version of Mortal Kombat. Poor writing, atrocious artwork, OOCness and ridiculous fan characters can be found. Has at least one sequel.

The Elder Scrolls
