Agent Tawaki Penguin is a member of the Department of Arrests in the Enforcers of the Plot Continuum. He, Tadkeeta, Kedri'Neref, and Tangara all got switched with their counterparts in early 2008 HST. Tawaki, unused to his counterpart's Borg hardware, threatened to assimilate Makes-Things, thinking he was merely threatening death.
