The Reader[]
Should the Reader be added to this list? She technically wandered into HQ from a (probably) goodfic that had a different reason for her surviving the Time War, but the list here seems to have evolved into 'A List of Time Lords (and Ladies) In the PPC' rather than 'Time Lords (and Ladies) Who Survived the Time War Because They Were In the PPC At the Time', so...

Once the Reader has a page to link to, she should be put up on this one as well, and her reason for surviving should be posted on her personal page. The whole "surviving the Time War by being in the PPC" criterion for the list appears to be basically ignored, since Natalie Green is here, and she's a Generic Star Trek Alien by birth. Until you make a page for the Reader, though, keep this one as it is. I don't think there should be any more red links than are necessary, if there even is such a thing as a necessary red link.
