Yeah, you're right; I was basically giving instructions for a situation that really shouldn't pop up except when somebody actually created an official web page for a new department. But the department page should be linked to its respective Complete List section in any case. I've added a note about the Killed Badfic page. --Chaoticidealism 04:36, May 29, 2010 (UTC)
