Sofia the First is an American-animated children's TV show that airs on Disney Jr. Its plot revolves around the titular character, Sofia, learning how to be a proper princess after her mother marries the king of Enchancia.

The show premiered January 11, 2013, and has been renewed for its fourth season.

Because this is a continuum filled with princesses, Sues naturally gravitate toward it. Not all of them, of course, are princesses—since this is a continuum filled with magic, many Sues like to claim to be powerful sorceresses, or occasionally mermaids.

While shipping is mostly hetero pairings among the child characters (usually accompanied by an aging-up story), there is one rather notorious pairing in the fandom: Cedfia. Since Sofia is an eight-year-old girl and Cedric the Sorcerer (a common target for Sues) is easily in his late twenties or early thirties, there is a fair amount of squick involved. Agents going into Cedfia fics are advised to bring bleeprin.

Since the setting is in a medieval fantasy world, swords, bows, and magic are all valid weapons. Due to the G-rated nature of the continuum, there are very few characters who pose a threat to agents, though of course the villains should still be treated carefully.
