The Repetitive Department of Repetition is a department that deals with repetition in fanfic, which is its departmental jurisdiction. Its head is the Flower and sentient plant Cilantro, who is a Flower; it might or might not be the same Flower as the Department of Redundancy Department's Coriander.
Agents often complain about needing to call the RDR in on badfics with lots of repetition, but they don't often do it. This may be because talking to RDR personnel on the phone is an exercise in frustration due to all the repetition.
