The Neo Abduction Schemers Treaty of Youth, or N.A.S.T.Y, were an organisation of fangirls opposed to the PPC that repeatedly attacked HQ in "Techno-Dann's Backstory." Other than their assaults on HQ, at least one of which was briefly shown in the aforementioned story, and their possession of portal technology, nothing is known; they have not been mentioned since.
