Agent Profile[]
Appearance[]
Brown hair, blue eyes, fair complexion. Moira is very bad at brushing her hair. For some reason that doesn't translate into a hopeless tangle, but a voluminous glossy cascade that looks amazing when the wind blows through it. This magic does not extend to the rest of her. After an extended period of time travelling, Moira will still grime up like nobody's business, but this is likely due to the fact that an indulgent reveal of her cleaned-up self dramatically descending a staircase has more of an effect if she didn't look incredible before.
Personality[]
Moira becomes a massively awkward, huge dork when near anyone she finds attractive, but is very unlikely to fall to temptation and tackle a lust object. Instead she reacts with sadness at seeing them, knowing that she is doomed to pine forever. She secretly loves the romance of that.
She is incredibly embarrassed about her past and her parentage. The more she learns about the PPC and her role in it, the more awkward she feels. Despite that, she is eager to fit in and works very hard to impress the people around her.
Since Moira's original author was younger than her, she can come across as younger than she is supposed to be. Whenever she is feeling particularly angsty she likes listening to Evanescence and being left alone.
In whatever spare time she has, she enjoys reading a lot, and since that seems to be something encouraged within the PPC she is working her way through Blank's and Autumn's extensive library of different canons, just in case they ever get a mission that calls for it.
History[]
Moira comes from a badfic, written by Ekwy when she was 14 (yes, in real life). She was paired with Legolas. When Ekwy and Blank went into the fic, Moira was deemed a not-entirely-hopeless case and was recruited into the PPC instead of executed.
The story gave her some amount of Sooper Speshul Sue Powers, which she tries not to use. Moira can "remove the evil" from items or living creatures. Items are easier and do not tire her out as much, but living beings will drain her. Since her recruitment, she has never used her powers.
It is likely that Moira was used more than once as an OC in multiple fandoms. She remains unaware of exactly what she was like and what she did in those stories until reminded, and tends to find it embarassing. She is in the process of puzzling the pieces together into a coherent self.
Mellon/Agent Buddy[]

In her badfic, Moira had an animal companion: A crow she named Mellon. Originally he was one of Saruman’s spies, one of the crebain, that she had found and used her powers to remove the evil from. Since then he travelled with her and they developed a close bond.
When Moira was recruited he zipped in through the portal without permission and made himself a nuisance at HQ. Trying to keep an eye on her (he was created to be a friend of hers after all) he tried to join her on missions and failed because of the rule of not being allowed to bring animal companions.
As a solution, Mellon went on an adventure to find himself a human form. That way he'd be allowed on missions and given opportunity to look after Moira. The mission was a success and Mellon, now calling himself Buddy, was recently made an Agent. Now if only his morphological field would stabilise, he'd actually be allowed on missions...
