Kim Possible minis are mini-Henchmen.
Canon Origin[]
In the Kim Possible universe, a company known as Hench Co. rents thugs out to the various supervillains who populate the world. It is allegedly responsible for coining the term "henchmen." Led by its CEO, Jack Hench, the company is sort-of technically not breaking any laws, since Hench isn't responsible for what his clients use Henchmen for.
Most of the Henchmen seen in Kim Possible are those rented by Dr. Drakken, and wear black and red outfits. Professor Dementor's, seen in a few episodes, wear dark grey suits instead.
