Michaelis was a member of the Black Cats' Tinco Division, a former agent of the Department of Internal Security from 1997 to 1999 and an enemy of the PPC. He apparently had issues with killing people in their underwear, as he was reluctant to attack Kayleigh until he was told that her bikini was actually swimwear; by the time that happened, she had already escaped. Nothing else is known, aside from the fact he was killed at some point in the invasion.
