Kate is a PPC agent who worked in the bad slash department before transferring to the Department of Mary Sues, Lord of the Rings Division. She is partnered with Anne, though she also helped train Carol and went on a mission with Shanna when Anne was too sick. Kate was written by Anne Miliardo.
