Jiwon Kim is an agent in the Department of Floaters. He is written by OrangeFox.

Appearance

As a kumiho, Jiwon has two forms: human and animal. In animal form, he appears as a slightly stocky red fox, measuring around two-and-a-half feet tall at the shoulder and weighing 25 pounds. Most of his body is covered in orange-red fur, with black spots around his paws and a bit of white on the front of his chest and at the tip of his tail. As a human, he appears as a tired-looking Asian teenager of average build with a pair of fox ears and a tail. In this form, he is 5’6” and weighs around 140 pounds. Like all kumiho, Jiwon possesses a yeowoo geseul, a small bead kept in his mouth which gives him energy. The bead can steal energy from others through direct contact with their skin. He usually wears simple shirts, jackets and pants, generally preferring dark colors, along with a ski cap to hide his fox ears. He also has a set of upper-class Korean garb, which he brought with him when he first fell into the PPC.

Personality

Jiwon is easygoing and well-meaning, though somewhat antisocial. He is good at problem-solving and strategy, though it sometimes takes him a while to come up with ideas. He loathes unnecessary violence and tries to avoid it whenever possible. Growing up in a religious environment, he has a habit of muttering frequent prayers under his breath. He greatly enjoys filling his mind with information and trivia and can easily spend hours browsing through libraries, wikis, and the like. However, Jiwon is socially awkward, emotional, and prefers to avoid confrontations. Growing up in a relatively upper-class life, he was pampered and sheltered by his kin. Due to his upbringing he tends to be lazy and dislikes working for extended periods of time. He has poor impulse control and a very selective memory, along with a habit of spacing out to his surroundings.
