Jasmine Sims, born Jasmine Illian, is the daughter of Dafydd Illian and Constance Sims. Born in the year 2009 HST, she grew to near-adulthood before, for some unknown reason, she travelled back in time to 2003. Once in her past, she apparently joined the Black Cats, becoming a Scout under Mkellin. She is often seen as second only to Mkellin himself in skill. Her fate following the events of Crashing Down is unknown; it is assumed that she died during the war.
