Grammer is Head of the Grammar Division of the Department of Technical Errors. This grandma is slightly off her rocker. She is the result of "adding insult to irony," and in her permanently irate state is liable to cause punctuation downpours. Grammer looks like a grandma, though one leaning towards the Granny Weatherwax variety. She carries around exclamation point knitting needles and wears a red-and-white checked dress with the word "spell" in each square. She also sports a slightly deranged grin.
