Frank

Frank works at the Department of Fictional Psychology as Doctor Freedenberg's secretary. As a Hooloovoo, Frank is an intelligent shade of blue who speaks telepathically and generally appears on the walls of the room with the people she interacts with. Most find her to be a calming influence, which makes her well-suited for her position in FicPsych.
