Flickerbright was a member of the Black Cats, a former member of the Department of Internal Security, and an enemy of the PPC. She led her division, Tinco, competently, turning off HQ's portal shielding for the other Cats, stealing the HQ Map and killing the Wisteria early in the invasion. However, she was killed by Kayleigh Leonard after a brief fight towards the end of the Cats' invasion. She was written by Huinesoron.
