Agent Ethan Fox is an inactive assassin. A semi-fic blip lookalike for Dr. Carter, he worked in the Department of Mary Sues, ER Division, until the stress drove him homicidally insane (well, more so than usual, to the point where he could no longer function effectively, even in the PPC). Currently he resides in the Psych Department and receives visits from his former partner, Lena Montrose, at irregular intervals.
