Estelnar's Page Three appearance in the second issue.
Agent Estelnar Celebduin was one of the editors of the Multiverse Monitor's 2006-2007 edition, and has appeared on Page Three of that paper, in Issue Two. She is also technically a member of the Department of Mary Sues, partnered with her co-editor, Agent Starwind Rohana. She is written by Starwind Rohana.
Estelnar is an Elf, possibly a resident in Mirkwood in the First Age. Her habits include writing, controlling her berserker partner, and hacking into HQ's computers. This last is partially responsible for classified information turning up in the newspaper on a regular basis. As of 2014, she still works for the PPC, but doesn't seem to have any role in the new Multiverse Monitor.
