Doom is an agent in the Department of Mary Sues. He is written by Scarlett.
Appearance[]
Doom towers above his height-deprived partner at 6'0. He is unnaturally muscular, a side effect from being a former Gary Stu. His skin is pale, and his hair (on the rare occasions he takes off his hood) is black. His eyes are red, with thin black pupils. Doom has devil horns and a tail. They are red, and they are not to be remarked on if you value your limbs. He dresses entirely in black, and wears a hood that covers half of his face. It is unknown exactly how he sees, but most speculate he just looks out from under it.
Personality[]
Doom is an antisocial, reclusive grump. He dislikes human contact, and prefers to spend his days curled up in the RC reading. He is usually extremely blunt or highly sarcastic when he is engaged in conversation. Due to his home fic characterization, Doom is incredibly grouchy all the time, and is fairly bad tempered. He is almost constantly annoyed, thanks to his partner, who tends to drive him up the wall on a daily basis. He the more mature of the duo and will usually gag Thalia before she makes any number of obscene jokes. Truthfully, he does care about her (she knows—which annoys him) and would do almost anything for her. Short of adopting urple tentacle monsters that live in the wall that is. That’s her business.
Backstory[]
Doom was a former Gary Stu who was saved from a particularly gory death in a DC badfic, and brought back to HQ. He was intended to be Raven's uncanonical brother and the Sue's brother. After being sent to the Reality Room, where he lost his powers and gained some physical attributes of half demons, he was taken straight to see a therapist to help him gain a real personality other then mean doormat for a Sue. Doom underwent extensive therapy before he was deemed ready to join the DMS. Upon joining, he was placed with Thalia and has been with her ever since. They’ve adopted a mini Deepcoiler called vulpiz (which Doom doesn’t like as it’s slimy) and technically have adopted said tentacle monster. Well… Thalia has. Doom has made a truce with it.
