The Clover was the third head of the Department of Finance (having replaced the Bindweed during the Reorganisation) and in his capacity as a member of the Board of Department Heads was responsible for the infamously low budget of the PPC, when he cut off all sources of funding from PPC Bioengineering Inc. and the Mary Sue Factory.

He seems to have been lusted after by Agent Shinra.

The Clover arrived late to the Fifth Anniversary Celebration and proceeded to get very drunk, very quickly. He was last seen exchanging numbers with the Floating Hyacinth.

During the events of the Swan's Egg Trilogy, the Clover was tragically killed by Peter Piper of the DIO.
