The Clover is the current head of the Department of Finance, having replaced the Bindweed during the Reorganisation.
He seems to be lusted after by Agent Shinra.
The Clover arrived late to the Fifth Anniversary Celebration and proceeded to get very drunk, very quickly. He was last seen exchanging numbers with the Floating Hyacinth.
