Circe was a chocolate-loving agent written by Inkling. Inkling has since retired quietly, mostly because she felt bad about the one meager mission, with the request that any links to her mission be deleted.
Circe also made a cameo appearance in the mission "Harry Potter and the Dragonriders of Pern," helping out Nume, Ilraen, and Jenni with an excess of Sued canon characters.
