You may be looking for the mirror Tinco Division.
The Black Cats' first division, nominally the Infiltration Division. At the time of the invasion of HQ, it numbered 90 members and was led by Flickerbright. Its members were responsible for the killing of the Wisteria, theft of the HQ Map and disabling of HQ's portal shielding; this also makes it the most successful of the divisions, accomplishing the most major objectives and, with Calma, being one of the only groups to do so. It is named for the first of the Elvish letters, tinco (meaning "iron"). It isn't entirely known what happened to this Division.
