Caffeine is a real world stimulant drug found in coffee, tea, soda, and chocolate. It is also found in fictional substances such as Klatchian coffee, Pernese klah, and Bleep products made with caffeine-bearing ingredients. It should not be mixed with Stuffs or certain agents.

As a stimulant, caffeine has the interesting capability of moving someone "forward in consciousness" (i.e., it makes you more focused). This is essential when one is trying to purposefully get somewhere in Headquarters and cannot distract themselves. Coffee, of which caffeine is the active component, was used to this effect in the second PPC Playscripte.
