A bad idea is bad, but it is distinguished from its older relative the very bad idea in that it probably won't kill you or result in an unexpected explosion, though an explosion might still be involved.

An example of this sort of bad idea would be attaching fire extinguishers to rolling chairs and then proceeding to have a chair race down the hallways.

While only the dangerously insane agents tend to be wildly enthusiastic for very bad ideas, nearly every average agent will be willing to help with an ordinary bad idea. This is because nearly every single agent is mad.
