One of the lesser known PPC Emergencies, the 2003 Mary Sue Invasion of PPC HQ took place towards the end of the year 2003 HST. It involved full-on battles in the hallways of HQ. Makes-Things was critically injured, but managed to recover after a period in Medical. Luke Celinus lost his eye during this invasion, but survived due to the battle taking place right outside Medical, allowing him to be treated quickly.

The 2003 invasion appears in the mission report "Sunrise Elf" by Frenchie and Adam. It is also mentioned in passing during Crashing Down, in which the fighting is said to be "even worse" than that in 2003—just how bad the fighting got is still up for interpretation, since it has never fully been described.
